These 8 Piece Boxes are packed with seasonal favorites. An ideal choice for a thoughtful present, gifting neighbors, filling a stocking, or keeping all to yourself!
They includes one each of the following flavors:
- Eggnog: White chocolate ganache with nutmeg and vanilla
- Cherry Marzipan: Locally grown tart cherry pate de fruit and a crave-able white chocolate almond marzipan ganache (contains almonds)
- Peppermint--a luscious dark chocolate peppermint ganache that will be a favorite of all peppermint lovers
- Caramel Crème Brûlée: A rich caramel crème brûlée ganache with vanilla beans and a crunchy sugar base. A delicious variation on a customer favorite.
- Pistachio Honey: A new treat featuring caramel made with Utah honey on top of a rich pistachio gianduja studded with candied orange pieces
- Cranberry Mandarin: A delicious, double layered delight! A house made tart cranberry pate de fruit sits on top of a creamy dark chocolate and mandarin orange ganache.
- 60% Dark Chocolate: Simple but delicious! Our 60% dark chocolate ganache has been combined with caramelized sugar and cream plus lots of vanilla for a rich flavor.
- Fleur de Sel: A silky milk chocolate ganache is made extra smooth with the addition of caramelized sugar and accented with a pinch of fleur de sel.
*All flavors are made in shared equipment in a commercial kitchen that also processes milk, nuts, tree nuts, soy, and occasionally gluten.
These are hand painted with colored cocoa butter and shelled with high quality couverture chocolate. The chocolates are crafted without preservatives. Store at a cool room temperature and enjoy within 6-8 weeks for best flavor!
