This box includes an assortment of 25 chocolate bonbons!  Bonbon flavors include the following favorites and new flavors:

• Egg Nog: Nutmeg, vanilla, and cream swirled into a white chocolate egg ganache. Your favorite holiday drink in a bite. (contains eggs)
• Cherry Marzipan:  This double layer delight features a locally grown tart cherry pate de fruit, combined with fresh roasted almond marzipan ganache.
• Peppermint:  A soft, creamy milk and dark chocolate peppermint ganache. A Christmas favorite!
• Hazelnut Crunch: Roasted and sugared Oregon hazelnuts nestled in a pillow of hazelnut and milk chocolate gianduja. All wrapped in a dark chocolate shell.
• Pistachio Honey Caramel:  Our creamy honey caramel, featuring local Utah honey sitting above a citrus, white chocolate pistachio gianduja
• Cranberry Mandarin: A house made cranberry pate de fruit on top of a sweet mandarin orange dark chocolate ganache.
• Fleur de Sel:  A silky milk chocolate ganache is made extra smooth with the addition of caramelized sugar and accented with a pinch of fleur de sel.
• Caramel Creme Brulé: A decadent white chocolate ganache packed with vanilla bean infused cream and finished with a crunchy sugar on the bottom.
• Tart cherry dark chocolate:  Pure tart, montemorcy cherry juice perfectly complemented with a 70% dark Guanaja chocolate from Valhrona (dairy free)
• Salted Caramel:  A perennial favorite. A creamy caramel made with butter, sugar, and cream and topped with a pinch of ancient Utah sea salt.
• Plus, Gingerbread Milk Chocolate, Pecan Caramel, 75% Dark Tanzania, Lemon Thyme Caramel, Utah Honey Caramel, etc 

These are hand painted with colored cocoa butter and shelled with high quality couverture chocolate.  The chocolates are crafted without preservatives.  Store at a cool room temperature and enjoy within 6-8 weeks for best flavor!

*All flavors are made with shared equipment in a commercial kitchen that also processes milk, nuts, tree nuts, soy, and occasionally gluten.  This box will contain milk, nuts (including peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, pecans) soy, gluten, and eggs.
