These boxes features all of our Christmas and Winter flavors and come in 2 different size options. Our 24 Piece and 30 Piece Collections are perfect for sharing with your family or for a gift that really makes a statement!
This box includes an assortment of 24 or 30 chocolate bonbons! The 24 Piece box will have 1-2 of each flavor and the 30 Piece box will have 2-3 of each flavor.
- Egg Nog: Nutmeg, vanilla, and cream swirled into a white chocolate egg ganache. Your favorite holiday drink in a bite!
- Cherry Marzipan: This double layer delight features a locally grown tart cherry pate de fruit, combined with fresh roasted almond marzipan ganache.
- Peppermint: A soft, creamy milk and dark chocolate peppermint ganache. A Christmas favorite!
- Hazelnut Crunch: Roasted and sugared Oregon hazelnuts nestled in a pillow of hazelnut and milk chocolate gianduja. All wrapped in a dark chocolate shell.
- Pistachio Honey Caramel: Our creamy honey caramel, featuring local Utah honey sitting above a citrus, white chocolate pistachio gianduja.
- Cranberry Mandarin: A house made tart cranberry pate de fruit followed by a sweet 60% dark chocolate and mandarin orange ganache.
- Fleur de Sel: A silky milk chocolate ganache is made extra smooth with the addition of caramelized sugar and accented with a pinch of fleur de sel.
- Caramel Creme Brulé: A decadent white chocolate ganache packed with vanilla bean infused cream and finished with a crunchy sugar on the bottom.
- Salted Caramel: A perennial favorite. A creamy caramel made with butter, sugar, and cream, dipped in dark chocolate and topped with a pinch of ancient Utah sea salt.
- Gingerbread Milk Chocolate: A milk chocolate ganache infused with all the gingerbread spices of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves along with browned butter for a nutty baked flavor.
- Pecan Caramel: A turtle in a shell! A double layer of creamy caramel on top of a toasted pecan and milk chocolate gianduja.
- 75% Dark Tanzania: This enrobed chocolate features a flavorful 75% dark chocolate from Tanzania with notes of tropical fruits.
- Lemon Thyme Caramel: A delicious caramel that's been infused with thyme and lemon zest
- Brown Butter Cashew: A browned butter ganache with a rich, nutty flavor combined with toasted cashews.
- Utah Honey Caramel: Honey from Lehi has been made into a creamy caramel and piped into little beehive molds for a taste of Utah.
- 60% Dark Chocolate: Simple but delicious! Our 60% dark chocolate ganache has been combined with caramelized sugar and cream plus lots of vanilla for a rich flavor.
These are hand painted with colored cocoa butter and shelled with high quality couverture chocolate. The chocolates are crafted without preservatives. Store at a cool room temperature and enjoy within 6-8 weeks for best flavor!
