Advent Calendar

The very first Chocolate Palette Advent Calendar features 25 days of Christmas sweets!

This box includes an assortment of 20 chocolate bonbons, as well as caramel, pate de fruit, bark, and other confections! Bonbon flavors are:

• Cherry Marzipan:  This double layer delight features a locally grown tart cherry pate de fruit, combined with fresh roasted almond marzipan ganache.
• Peppermint Crunch:  A soft, creamy milk and dark chocolate peppermint ganache on a bed of crushed peppermint candy. A Christmas favorite!
• Caramelized Milk Chocolate:  A silky milk chocolate ganache is made extra smooth with the addition of caramelized sugar and accented with a pinch of fleur de sel.
• Salted Caramel:  A perennial favorite. A creamy caramel made with butter, sugar, and cream and topped with a pinch of ancient Utah sea salt.
• Hot Chocolate: A delicious, double layered delight! A house made vanilla marshmallow cream sits on top of a creamy hot chocolate ganache. All wrapped in a crisp chocolate shell.
• Pistachio Honey:  A new treat featuring caramel made with Utah honey on top of a rich pistachio gianduja studded with candied orange pieces
• Tiramisu:  Three layers of yum! A base of lady finger cookies, a mascarpone amaretto ganache, all topped with a splash of espresso syrup. (Contains gluten and alcohol)
• Hazelnut Crunch: Roasted and sugared Oregon hazelnuts nestled in a pillow of hazelnut and milk chocolate gianduja. All wrapped in a dark chocolate shell.
• Cinnamon Roll:  Another triple layer treat! Creamy caramel, cream cheese ganache, and a buttery, cinnamon pecan crunch
• Creme Brulee: A decadent white chocolate ganache packed with vanilla bean infused cream and finished with a crunchy sugar on the bottom.
• Peanut Butter Crunch: Caramelized, chopped peanuts combined with milk chocolate and natural peanut butter for a scrumptious peanut packed crunch.
• Egg Nog: Nutmeg, vanilla, and cream swirled into a white chocolate egg ganache. Your favorite holiday drink in a bite. (contains eggs)
• Pumpkin Spice: Simply pumpkin, caramel chocolate, and warming spices of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg in a creamy, sweet ganache
• Tart cherry dark chocolate:  Pure tart, montemorcy cherry juice perfectly complemented with a 70% dark Guanaja chocolate from Valhrona (dairy free)
• Apple Cider Caramel:  Delicious apple cider is concentrated into a syrup and made into a creamy, soft caramel
• Pistachio Honey Caramel:  Our creamy honey caramel, featuring local Utah honey sitting above a citrus, white chocolate pistachio gianduja

These are hand painted with colored cocoa butter and shelled with high quality couverture chocolate.  The chocolates are crafted without preservatives.  Store at a cool room temperature and enjoy within 6-8 weeks for best flavor!

*All flavors are made with shared equipment in a commercial kitchen that also processes milk, nuts, tree nuts, soy, and occasionally gluten.  This box will contain milk, nuts (including peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, pecans) soy, gluten, and eggs.
