Winter Collection

These assortments includes our Winter colored collection of bonbons in blues, whites, gold, and silver colors which are perfect for Hanukkah.  Flavors include the following bonbons:

• Tiramisu:  Three layers of yum! A base of lady finger cookies, a mascarpone amaretto ganache, all topped with a splash of espresso syrup. (Contains gluten and alcohol)
• Hazelnut Crunch: Roasted and sugared Oregon hazelnuts nestled in a pillow of hazelnut and milk chocolate gianduja. All wrapped in a dark chocolate shell.
• Cinnamon Roll:  Another triple layer treat! Creamy caramel, cream cheese ganache, and a buttery, cinnamon pecan crunch
• Creme Brulee: A decadent white chocolate ganache packed with vanilla bean infused cream and finished with a crunchy sugar on the bottom.
• Peanut Butter Crunch: Caramelized, chopped peanuts combined with milk chocolate and natural peanut butter for a scrumptious peanut packed crunch.
• Egg Nog: Nutmeg, vanilla, and cream swirled into a white chocolate egg ganache. Your favorite holiday drink in a bite. (contains eggs)
• Hot Chocolate: A delicious, double layered delight! A house made vanilla marshmallow cream sits on top of a creamy hot chocolate ganache. All wrapped in a crisp chocolate shell.
• Pumpkin Spice: Simply pumpkin, caramel chocolate, and warming spices of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg in a creamy, sweet ganache
• Tart cherry dark chocolate:  Pure tart, montemorcy cherry juice perfectly complemented with a 70% dark Guanaja chocolate from Valhrona (dairy free)
• Apple Cider Caramel:  Delicious apple cider is concentrated into a syrup and made into a creamy, soft caramel
• Pistachio Honey Caramel:  Our creamy honey caramel, featuring local Utah honey sitting above a citrus, white chocolate pistachio gianduja
